The Marina is located in a fantastic position on the shores of Dunstaffnage Bay, at the entrance to Loch Etive. We are three miles north of Oban on the main A 85 trunk road and bus route. On the West Coast of Scotland the Marina is the gateway to the Western Isles with outstanding sailing opportunities. Our friendly Marina boasts excellent all year facilities including bar, restaurant, shop and accommodation.
Perfectly located in beautiful surrounds with easy access to fantastic sailing around Scotland’s west coast and islands. There are no tidal gates at Dunstaffnage giving access at all times to the Firth of Lorn, the Isles of the Nether Lorn and the outer Hebridean Islands.
We currently have 250 fully serviced year round berths. We offer short or long term berthing for vessels of all lengths – using our standard 12m berths, our breakwater and super yacht pontoon (184m).
Summer berthing is provided on pontoons protected by outer breakwater pontoons. Our summer tariff runs from 1st April each year until 30 September. There is winter storage ashore for approximately 160 vessels either in cradles or on shores. Our policy is to store vessels with masts down. Our winter tariff runs from 1st October to 31st March. Water is available on the pontoons and in the yard and electricity is available via a meter to each boat. Our comprehensive lifting facilities can operate at most states of hte tide. Our 40T Wise travel hoist is available for larger vessels and a second Wise hoist can lift vessels of up to 18 ton.
