As an ISO 9001 accredited Marina our services have to meet quality assurance standards. This means all contractors should be accredited and registered with the Marina.

All boat owners should notify the Marina Manager of their plans, in advance, and advise the approved contractor who will be undertaking those works. If you wish to seek registration with the Marina of a contractor of your choice you MUST seek approval from the Marina Manager. Permission will not be unreasonably withheld in the case of an appropriately qualified and insured contractor.

All contractors must call into the Marina Office and sign a registration book on arrival and departure. If you arrive before the Office opens at 9 am please call into the Office later to sign in. All contractors need to deposit a copy of their insurance policy with the Marina Office, and update this annually on renewal of the policy. If your company wishes to email your insurance certificate please send it to reception@dunstaffnagemarina.co.uk.
